Position Summary: 
Provides educational programs on coronary risk factors and life style modifications to prevent coronary events.  This incumbent will be working side by side with exercise physiologist to support program; including, development of program policies and procedures and coordination of equipment and supplies purchasing/installation/repair. Will assist with clinic nursing duties as needed.
 
 
Salary Range: 
 
Hourly Rate  Minimum   $51.86                   Midpoint               $61.53                   Maximum $71.19
 
 
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and motivate staff
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
BLS and ACLS certifications upon hire
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of Title 22 and Joint Commission Requirements
Certification in Basic Arrhythmia
Current California RN license
Ability to maintain flexibility and work well in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
1 year previous experience in Cardiac Rehab
All external candidates must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing                                                                               
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
 
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse(Required)
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
