Position Summary:
Incumbent is responsible for the management, strategic planning and development. Responsible for the identification and recommendation, planning, direction and installation of new applications, upgrades to existing applications, and new releases or modifications to existing applications that support cost-effective technology solutions for the organization's revenue cycle. Determines and implements IT policies, procedures and best practices.

Salary Range:
Annual Rate Minimum $95,300.00 Midpoint $140,400.00 Maximum $185,500.00
Required Qualifications:
Ability or prioritize and manage multiple assignments while successfully adhering to established deadlines
Bachelor Degree in related field or equivalent education and experience
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of system architecture and file structures for development, maintenance and enhancement tasks for system maintained
Demonstrated experience working with revenue cycle applications and understanding hospital and professional charging, billing and claims workflows
3 or more years of experience in a lead or supervisory position
5 or more years of Epic Professional or Hospital Billing build experience
Demonstrated experience working as a Supervisor / lead
Current certification in Epic Professional Billing module
Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
Ability to apply logical troubleshooting and analysis techniques for the purpose of problem resolution
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working for an academic medical center.
Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
