Position Summary:
 
The School of Nursing’s mission is to educate nursing professionals to improve patient care and promote population health locally and globally. The position will support the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, the Masters Entry Program in Nursing, and the Doctor of Nursing Practice Programs.
 
Under general direction, and reporting to the Director of Student Affairs, the incumbent provides analytical and administrative support to facilitate clinical support services for the programs within the Sue & Bill Gross School of Nursing. This includes coordinating clinical placements for the DNP-FNP and Prelicensure Programs in addition to other clinical coordination.

$23.47 - $34.24

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Proficient in Microsoft® software applications, including Word®, Outlook®, Excel®, and PowerPoint. Ability to work as a member of a team. Knowledge of educational technology and systems. Ability to troubleshoot and triages related technology issues. Communication skills; include verbal, written, and active listening. Service-oriented and responsive to questions and requests. Ability to interact in a professional, resourceful, and courteous manner. Demonstrated interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships within the department and with learners.
 
Preferred:
 
Excellent organizational skills, analytical, and demonstrated attention to detail. Ability to work with extremely complex faculty calendars / schedules requires extremely well organized and detail oriented precision. Investigative, data analysis, and reporting skills. Ability to generate computer reports, checking for errors, correcting and submitting accurate reports. Skills include entering, maintaining, extracting, and analyzing data in electronic systems. Basic knowledge of relevant policies and regulatory requirements. Basic knowledge of health professions education industry.
 
Special Conditions Required:
 
Ability to travel for training and professional development. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment; able to work evenings/weekends when required.
