Position Summary: 
Incumbent independently coordinates and provides oversight for the Nursing Education Departmental activities such as the Nursing Residency, Nursing Students programs, and Ancillary Students Program. Incumbent is responsible for participation and management of student Allied Health applications.   Will independently coordinate onboarding, clinical rotations, preceptorships, class scheduling and program promotion, including website management.  Gathers data and prepares reports and serves as a resource to staff and management of all levels on matters related to these activities.
 
Salary Range: 
 
Hourly Rate  Minimum   $24.66                   Midpoint   $30.00                   Maximum  $35.34
 
Required Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience in an administrative/clerical office environment
Demonstrated experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Resourcefulness to identify and search for information that is not readily available
Skill to analyze, organize and independently prioritize work assignments
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of UCI policies and procedures
